Shipping Costs

Our Shipping Rates have set by Royal Mail's Shipping Prices; prices are calculated automatically using Royal Mail's current pricing structure which can be found HERE

There will be an additional 40p for packaging and handling costs, apart from on International Tracked and Signed+ options.

UK Shipping

You have a choice of using:

First Class (this does not include tracking or insurance)

Second Class (this does not include tracking or insurance)

Signed for (Signed services offer proof of delivery and up to £50 compensation when you need extra peace of mind)

PACKING AND PROCESSING: Most orders are processed and packed within 2 days. Any orders placed after 10am Thursday will not be processed and packed until Mondays.

LARGE ORDERS: Please contact us for any non-UK orders over 2kg, as they require an alternative to Royal Mail parcel shipping.

International Shipping

You have a choice of using:

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, up to 1250g  (this includes tracking, insurance up to £50.00 and requires a signature on delivery). Please note: this option cannot be used for delivery to PO Boxes or Pack Stations.

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed+ for orders above 500g. This includes tracking and insurance up to £250. Again, this option cannot be used for delivery to PO Boxes or Pack Stations.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU CHOOSE A SHIPPING OPTION THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING WE CANNOT TRACK YOUR ORDER AT ALL ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU CHOOSE A SHIPPING OPTION WITHOUT FULL INSURANCE WE CANNOT REFUND ANY LOST ORDERS. Should anything happen to your parcel we will be unable to replace your yarn.

There is the option to upgrade to Tracked and Signed at the checkout. We would recommend paying the extra for this service as you will receive a tracking number.

Taxes and Customs:

Yarn friends outside of the UK may be liable for custom charges. We are not responsible for these. 

EU deliveries below 150€ now without additional fees!

WE ARE REGISTERED FOR IOSS. We ship to customers in EU countries. All orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) will have taxes and duties paid at checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you'll pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery. We strive to make the checkout process as seamless as possible, so you can enjoy your purchase without any surprises or delays. 

Everything sold to customers outside of the UK and EU is sold with taxes ‘delivered at place.’ This means customers will be due to pay duties / taxes in their own country. Please note that we cannot be responsible for charges incurred on goods entering countries outside of the UK.
